As part of the Human Resource Management course at our department, we welcomed Ing. Martina Brázdilová, Senior HR Manager at ZLKL. Závody lehkých konstrukcí Loštice is a Czech family-owned company specializing in high-precision engineering and exporting its products to more than 30 countries worldwide.
The guest lecture offered students an inside look at HR practices in a fast-growing company, where not only recruitment and onboarding are essential, but also company culture and modern approaches to team motivation.
“It was very valuable to see how the recruitment process works from the employer’s perspective. The HR manager showed us that success is not only about technical skills, but also about personal attitude, communication, and motivation,”
said student Alexandra.
ZLKL also invited students to attend a mock interview — a chance to experience what a real hiring process looks like and to get a sense of the questions typically asked during job interviews.
“The whole presentation left a great impression on me. It was clear the company values young people and actively seeks new talent. Their approach to employees shows that investing in people is truly a priority for them,” the student
added.
ZLKL is a professionally managed organization and a great employer that offers opportunities to proactive individuals, including current students. Those looking for meaningful work experience are encouraged to get in touch.
The session with Ing. Brázdilová provided not only practical insights into the HR field but also inspiration for students preparing to enter the job market.
