Session registration

To propose a session, applicants must complete the registration form available here.

The session proposer must also register as an author in the EasyChair system and submit their own contribution to the session.

 

Paper/poster registration

To attend the conference and to submit an abstract as well as a paper or poster it is necessary to register first. Abstracts or papers sent outside the registration system, e. g. via email, will be not accepted.

The person denoted as a speaker in EasyChair has to pay the full conference fee.

 

Participants not denoted as speakers need to register as a passive participant and pay the reduced conference fee. The passive participants are requested to register via this form before September, 30.
