Paper Guidelines
Submission Process
To submit an abstract or contribution, it is necessary to register first.
After the abstract is accepted, authors will be notified and invited to submit a full paper via the conference system.

Formatting Requirements
The submitted paper must comply with the guidelines provided in the official template.
- Authors are required to use the MS Word (.docx) template
- The final submission must be uploaded in PDF format only
Review and Publication
Only contributions that receive positive reviews will be included in the conference proceedings.
The official output of the conference is a conference proceedings volume with an ISBN, which will be submitted to Web of Science for evaluation.
Previous proceedings (2012–2017) have been indexed in Web of Science.
Proceedings from recent years (2018–2025) are currently under evaluation.
Copyright and Licence
All authors, the meaning of the section § 2373 paragraph 2 of the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, declares that it exercises the author´s economic rights to the article and through the submission of the article grants to Palacký University in Olomouc, as a licensee, the licence to exercise the right of reproduction and distribution of the article, of its communication to the public, inter alia, also through the computer network internet, and of conversion of its record in electronic form to the format compatible with the demands of the licensee and if needs be with the demands of the persons authorized by the sub-licence. The licence is granted for an indefinite period and, with regard to its nature, it is not restricted in scope of territory where applicable. The grantor declares that the article does not intervene into the moral or economic rights of third parties as authors and that the copyright regulations cannot be infringed through its use. The licensor grants the licence to use the article free of charge. Palacký University in Olomouc is entitled to grant the authorisation which is a part of the licence to a third party.
