About KNOWCON

KNOWCON – Knowledge on Economics and Management – has been a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and creation since its inception in 2006. Originally launched as Ekonomické znalosti pro tržní praxi, the conference emerged in response to the growing importance of knowledge workers and human capital in the economy. Over the years, it has expanded both in scope and reach, reflecting the increasing international collaboration of its organizers and participants. In 2016, English became the official conference language. In 2019, the conference adopted its current name: KNOWCON.

What makes KNOWCON truly unique is its ability to adapt and respond to the rapidly changing landscape of economics and management. Each year, the conference explores a timely theme that tackles pressing global challenges, integrating the latest social and technological developments. More than just a conference, KNOWCON is a living platform - continuously evolving to foster insightful discussions, spark innovation, and generate knowledge that drives sustainable economic and social progress worldwide.
