We are pleased to share another publishing success from our department, this time thanks to Assoc. Prof. Pavla Slavíčková. In December 2024, her latest article was published in the Accounting Historians Journal, one of the world’s leading journals in the field of accounting history, issued by the American Accounting Association.
The article, titled Accounting on Czech Noble Estates during the Agricultural Revolution, explores the accounting practices employed in the Czech lands during the Agricultural Revolution. It offers new insights into accounting as a vital element of estate administration and the management of financial affairs on noble estates.
